The buyer must arrange labor to take delivery and the goods must be signed for. Failure to do this gives the company the right to charge all costs incurred.
Due to health and safety and insurance requirements goods can only be delivered to a kerbside or nearest accessible point. Goods cannot be transported over loose, uneven, or steep surfaces, nor can they be taken up steps or lifts nor can they be transported into a property.
We work with manufacturers who have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.
A refund will be issued for full boxes of current tile returned in good box condition within ten (10) days of the date product was received.
Sealed liquid products and setting materials may be returned within ten (10) days of the date the product was received.
